Important legal-review notice
This document describes the current beta application's intended operating practices. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production adoption. If this document conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
Scope
This policy applies to the L'OR Analytics website, registration and payment workflows, report-generation service, reviewer tools, support communications, and secure report delivery. The service is intended for business and professional use, not for children or consumer financial decisioning.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and professional information (such as name, title, organization, email address, and telephone number); requested institution and reporting-period selections; optional logos, colors, notes, and additional-institution selections; plan, checkout, and payment-status references; support communications; and technical records such as IP address, forwarded address, browser user agent, timestamps, workflow identifiers, security logs, and disclosure acknowledgements.
The analytical source data used in reports consists principally of publicly available institution-level regulatory information. The service is not designed to collect customer account records, loan applications, nonpublic personal information about an institution's customers, or data used to make customer-level decisions. Users should not submit such information.
How we use information
We use information to verify and fulfill report requests; process or verify payments; generate, validate, review, store, and deliver report packages; apply requested branding; provide support; detect abuse and protect the service; maintain audit, disclosure, delivery, and quality-control records; improve reliability; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We may provide information to vendors that perform payment processing, email delivery, infrastructure hosting, object storage, security, support, and governed artificial-intelligence functions on our behalf. They receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use request information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The public landing page does not require advertising cookies. The application may use essential cookies or browser local storage for authentication, security, workflow continuity, and reviewer-interface preferences. Disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
Retention
We retain request, report, payment-reference, disclosure, review, delivery, security, and audit records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain evidentiary and quality-control records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Backups and immutable audit records may persist after operational records are removed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact information by emailing reports@ubpranalytics.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where required for security, payment, legal, audit, or evidentiary purposes. Marketing communications, if any, will include an opt-out method.
Security and changes
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards described in the Security Statement, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes. The version and effective date above identify the policy applicable at a given time.
